♥Meet Up Terms♥

~Only able to meet up at MRT control Stations

~FOC meet up only available at Bedok MRT and Tanah Merah MRT control station

~We do mass meet up too(islandwide), once every two months which is at end of the every 2nd month, and it is FOC(FREE) !! Meaning, we won't be charging customers any extra transport fee.We will sms or email customer more about the mass meet up details once your have confirm about your's order.

~Every extra station After/Before Bedok stations(except Tanah Merah), will have an additional charge of 20¢(cents).

(eg1. Meet at Pasir Ris= Simei 20¢ + Tampines 20¢ + Pasir Ris 20¢= 60¢ , therefore you have to pay in total = total cost of your order(s) + 60¢)

(eg2. Meet at SengKang = Kembagan to Paya Lebar(60¢), Paya Lebar to Serangoon(80¢) , Serangoon to Sengkang(80¢) , therefore you have to pay in total =total cost of your order(s) + 60¢+80¢+80¢= total + $2.20)

We will send you a receipt through your email / during meet up after payment is done.

~If customer is late by two hours after the meeting time without prior notice, orders will be automatically cancelled, will be black-listed (paid or non-paid customer) and money paid will be non-refunable.

~ If any meet up(s) timing is to be changed at the last minute, customer is expected to inform us at least 3 hours to a day before.

~Customer can choose to pay by bank transfer/on the day itself.

★Postage Terms★

~All payments are expected to be done/ receive within 7 to 10 days.

~All merchandise sold will mailed out within 2 weeks after confirmation of payment is done/received.

~All postage items will be charging at $1.50 for Non-standarded mail.To know what are non-standard mail, scroll up to contents and click on FAQ.

~Receipt will be sent through email & mail with the items.

~Shinee Shoppingu will not be responsible for loss/damaged on the way of postage.

~You can choose to pack in a bubble-wrapping envelop, with an additional charge of 50¢(cents).

~All items sold are non-refunable / non-exchangeable.

~Payment can be made through Bank Transfer to POSB/DBS bank.We will send you our account no. after the confirmation order.

★Disclaimer of Warranties★

~PLease do noted that ALL METALS WILL TARNISH over time, inclusive of stainless still. Therefore, we will not be resposible for the damags.

However, you can try to prevent it by not contacting to water and perfume, and place them back to an empty pouch or back to your jewerlly box.

Some of the merchandise we have do contains crystals, and may fall off over time. To protect them from falling off, apply TRANSPARENT nail polish at least every 1 to 2 weeks.

Love your jewerelly, and treat them well. They may stay beacutiful for a longer time than expected.

~Shinee Shoppingu will be not responsible for loss or damages one the way of postage. However, you can choose to pack your items in a Bubblewrapping envelops with an additional cost of 50 cents.
